Windows 11上不能用了，不能自动换壁纸。

我装了一台win11虚机，在里面用win版安装包，在默认位置装了pybingwallpaper 1.5.6，测试工作是正常的，壁纸能自动更换。

能再提供一点详细信息吗，可以执行开始菜单里的PyBingWallpaper Commandline Mode，会在命令行里运行程序并且打印日志，然后把日志贴到这个issue里。谢谢。
