All MPI wrapper scripts were not working as the I_MPI_SUBSTITUTE_INSTALLDIR string was not replaced by the actual root dir. This commits adds a substitution for I_MPI_SUBSTITUTE_INSTALLDIR trough sed.
The cernlib historically is a bit of a mess..., since there are still programs needing the 2006 version around.

This concludes my quick check of the sci-mathematics packages. Only `sci-mathematics/frama` still fails and I know nothing about ocaml.
The actual cadquery changes are coming later in a separate PR, pywrap needs some patching
