Please HOLD the merge this pull request. Since today I have broken some tests for gimp-2.99.x (it's not related to libheif) due to
Gtk-WARNING **: 13:38:55.873: Could not load a pixbuf from icon theme.
This may indicate that pixbuf loaders or the mime database could not be found.
It's strange as only binutils was re-emerged today and it's changes not related to pixbuf.
Please HOLD the merge this pull request.
It was strange but it's ok now. Anyway it's not related this PR and it could be processed.
