On new file creation - skeleton is not creating anymore

Hi, I remember that when I did vim something-1.0.0.ebuild I saw the ebuild skeleton, but not now :(

But I do. Although, I'm using neovim and install this repo as plugin in plugin manager (lazy), and not system-wide. So, may it be that problem is on gentoo vim9 packaging (or default configuration) side, and not related to this repo (especially noticing that last commit was more than half a year ago)?

(Or, I guess, it is related to #66)
