Add support for including sedutil-cli (Opal Drive management) in the image

This utility is very useful to unlock Opal drive.

This set of patches just includes it but doesn't call it automatically anywhere but at least it's available in the backup shell if needed.

Further patches might add option to add prompts for unlock and things like that in the future, but because each setup is different it's not easy to come up with an integration path that fits everyone ...
