whats the point of use flag cairo in dev-dotnet/libgdiplus?

Hi,

I'm not quite following the point of the cairo use flag in the libgdiplus package (version 2.10.9-r2). As I understand it that use flag should usually "add support for the cairo graphics library" (so pull in and configure x11-libs/cairo).

From what I see in the ebuild cairo is pulled in and configured either way, but instead disabling the cairo useflag pulls in x11-libs/pango which is a "Internationalized text layout and rendering library"?

From what I see the logic should be inversed and renamed to pango?

There is !cairo? and it means if not cairo but probably I'm not sure what was the reason to use it like that, someone should dig in to check it.

In addition, cairo is not listed in the section of metadata.xml, and repoman complains, so I'm not sure how this got into the main tree.
