contentItemsPerPage not respected after deleting a file

I added contentItemsPerPage: 100, to mesh-ui2-config.js, which works fine, but I noticed it only displays 8 items after deleting an item in a folder with 100+ files and the pagination is also gone. If you leave the folder and open it again it displays 100 items as intended.
