HiDPI support

First of all: thank you! The emojione picker is really awesome.

However, on HiDPI displays the emojis are very small (so the inverse of issue 4). The font size is fine (taken from system settings I guess?) but the icons are just too tiny.

If it isn't possible to use system settings here a manual scaling factor in the picker settings would be fine.

Thanks for the kind words. Fix should be simple: detect DPI and scale icons accordingly. I'll try to fix this soon.

For a quick workaround while we can't get there, edit and replace with a text editor the icon sizes. Replace all occurrences of ", 24, 24" with ", 48, 48" or even ", 96, 96" if you still find icons small.

just FYI--for me on Ubuntu 16.04, hiDPI display the size of the icons looks fine. 😀 probably depends on OS.

Had it on Ubuntu 16.04 as well (and still under 16.10). So most probably not OS related.
