Bow Character CA Snapshot Fixes (Tied to Amos Bow Stacks)

Subset of #31 - need to specifically fix the aimed shot snapshot timings for all bow characters so Amos stacks are calculated correctly using the new method.

Ganyu and Aloy are currently the only fixed characters in #73. Will update checklist below as progress continues.
