add some troubleshooting for wootomation in frames docs

• becomes inaccurate if open for a long time for some reason, so need to restart regularly
• has problems on non-QWERTY (EN US) keyboard layouts (like QWERTZ for DE, macros just not working) so should switch to QWERTY
