Fixes for el-GR

Found and fixed some spelling errors. Also, noticed that the site automatically converts stuff to all-caps but does not remove the accents and, since in greek capital letters should not have accents, it's a big issue. Tried to manually remove most of the accented characters wherever I noticed the auto capitalisation.
