Win11 - The publisher could not be verified

Since upgrading to Windows 11, I get the following warning every time px is started:

Any chance the release could be signed?

I am hoping the switch to leveraging the embeddable Python as described here will do away with this but likely not.

I looked into signing some time back but seemed like a big headache. Looks like Windows 11 will just make it a bigger pain.
