Create a collection of post-install scripts

• Copy static resources to another directory for http proxy (like nginx). At least get the path of files/dirs that can be served statically
• Copy config files #70
• Install cluster script (alternative dgenies[node_scripts] in #68) and remove get_cluster_scripts.py (and remove the unlisted wget module dependency)
