Since this issue seems to be specific to GrapheneOS, how about adapting the title to include that information?

I _think_ the 8-10 option is necessary for Android permissions anyways, even on the (almost) stock Android 13 of Fairphone 4.

Do you have a GNOME shell which is so heavily modified that it does not have the Quick settings menu? Maybe the "Classic" GNOME shell?
