Cant get it to work (Skill issue on linux)

First of all I'm a complete newb.

I couldn't move the file by dragging to the folder that I now assume is the wrong one because it didn't help the "routing...". I did: sudo su and then mv /home/user/Downloads/profapi.dll /var/lib/flatpak/app/fm.cancel.Ripcord/current/active/files/bin Then it moved to the folder. I would apreciate to have a complete guide on how do I get this to work.

My current mood is to throw "Github never has actual instalation guides" slander but I leave it to this sentence.
