Discord: Default status

On the README, this is mentioned:

Adding features that require more than changing a few bytes is not in the scope of this project.

I'm assuming that a feature like this may be in-scope, but would need to be a non-default patch, something that requires a special CLI parameter to apply.

What I'd like is for signing on to Discord to default me to Invisible (which Ripcord labels as 'Offline' for some reason). Though, options for making the default status DND or Idle would be nice to have as well.

This might affect Slack accounts as well, but I wouldn't know since I don't use Slack. In any case, I hope you'll consider it.

I'll look into it. Slack and Discord are separate, it shouldn't affect Slack.
