react-autosuggest-geocoder Create a github page as a demo site

Some thing similar to http://react-autosuggest.js.org/ would be cool. Also, https://dns.js.org/ is interesting.

@abec FYI, the demo is currently not working - there are a bunch of errors with the XHR requests and no results show up.

That makes sense @oyeanuj . Unfortunately, I was relying on mapzen for their pelias service. It seems they've gone out of business: https://mapzen.com/blog/shutdown/. Unless you have an alternate service the demo can point to, I might just remove the demo.
