Hi, I'm having an issue with imputing a dataset and still could not figure out what is causing the failure. Can you please make the log file available in case an imputation job fails so users can fix the job. My issue is with imputing chrX in a dataset. I submitted it with other chromosomes and alone with many modifications I could think of but keeps failing and the message says: "Execution failed. Please contact the server administrators for help if you believe this job should have completed successfully." which I never got a response. I thought maybe this particular data has problem but submitted a data that I had imputed in the past with MIS but that one is also failing now :-( Thanks, Mehdi
