Generate list/table of all entities and ontologies available for use in Noctua

In order for curators to know which entities and ontologies are available for use in Noctua, we'd like to generate (perhaps as a pipeline product?) a readily accessible list of annotation entities and ontologies that are included in NEO.

It would also be helpful to know if there are preferred entity ids for any species, but we'd have to explore possible mechanisms for indicating that.
