Making use of MF-BP links in Noctua when exporting GAFs

Hi, This topic came up in the discussion with @hdietze and @ukemi today when talking about the GAF outputs. Would it be possible to include the inferred BP annotations in the GAF when an MF-BP link exists in the ontology? Whether or not to also include them in the display might be a separate issue along with allowing curators to override the existing link to instead select a more granular term if they wanted.
