gpad files have mixture of ID types in extensions
Describe the issue/bug
For example the SGD GPI has sometimes UniProt ID sand sometimes SGD IDs. This makes the files difficult to use (presumably the IDs should match the DBAuthority)?
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Hi @ValWood, I've added this request to the specs for the GPAD 2.0, as it doesn't seem to be an issue for the current specs. If this is affecting a particular pipeline or process, please add that to the specs ticket.
I'll pass the request along to SGD too, although with the current squeeze I'm not sure when/if this can be addressed at SGD.
Maybe this is more of an SGD issue than a GO issue, but even for GO users it's really confusing to have a combination of IDs for a species.
I can't remember which gene the example above was but here is another one (PEX1)

It's really difficult for a user to know if the extensions refer to the same or different entities.
