Review annotations to GO:0019008 molybdopterin synthase complex

Dear all,

The proposal has been made to obsolete GO:0019008 molybdopterin synthase complex (replaced by GO:1990140). see https://github.com/geneontology/go-ontology/issues/27655

Thanks @raymond91125 Won't these annotations get automatically transferred given it's effectively a merge (obsoletion and replace by)?

Is there a table showing what annotation types would be automatically replaced, thus not need assignment?

@pedruzzi, could the GO term GO:0019008 (molybdopterin synthase complex) be changed accordingly on rules UR000160817 and UR000161417, since these are HAMAP rules, please?

@blazaropinto can you check if InterPro:IPR010505 needs to be changed? IPR028888 looks to be corrected.

Hi Suzie, Beatriz is on holiday at the moment. I had a look and GO:0019008 is not in IPR010505 (here is the public version in InterPro 101.0 https://www.ebi.ac.uk/interpro/entry/InterPro/IPR010505/). Please let me know if you have any questions.
