Unfortunate!

The panther family seems to split, so maybe InterPor could use Panther here? PTHR47677 PANTHER CYTOCHROME C OXIDASE ASSEMBLY FACTOR 6 PTHR46281 PANTHER CYTOCHROME C OXIDASE SUBUNIT 6B IPR003213 Cytochrome c oxidase, subunit

Hi Val, Thank you for highlighting this. IPR036549 is an Homologous superfamily entry which includes G3D and Superfamily signatures, so we can't do much other than updating the description, which I did. The PANTHER signatures are integrated in these InterPro entries: [https://www.ebi.ac.uk/interpro/entry/InterPro/IPR003213/] for PTHR46281 and [https://www.ebi.ac.uk/interpro/entry/InterPro/IPR048281/] for PTHR47677. Hope this helps. Best wishes, Sara

Could you remove respiratory chain complex IV (GO:0045277) because this is incorrect for Coa6

but you could add it instead to https://www.ebi.ac.uk/interpro/entry/InterPro/IPR003213/ which covers only the cytochrome oxidase subunit so the mapping isn't lost.

Hi Val, Yes, forgot to say that the term was removed from that entry. I added it to IPR003213. Thanks for pointing this! Best wishes Sara
