Add GO-CAMs tab to term pages

This was a suggestion from Chris. Presumably the UI would be identical to what was added to GP pages, the only difference being which API is called to populate the list of GO-CAM models.

I think the API/sparql might be an interesting point. High-level/common terms might bring back a lot; I'm assuming that we'd want to do some of the same pre-compute, etc/
