Results not showing in GOLr
We were working on some examples in Noctua Form and graph editors with @tmushayahama and it seems there is a problem with GOLr-noctua. If we type "MGI:", we only have two results where you would expect much more:

@kltm your opinion ? Thanks
Hm. My initial reaction was that you've tripped over one of the many persistent AC bugs (there are tickets :), but further inspection seems to indicate something a little more interesting maybe.
Let's start working out from here. http://noctua-amigo.berkeleybop.org/amigo/search/ontology That should be the upstream source for entities in Noctua in general: http://noctua-golr.berkeleybop.org
After releasing all of the filters, we can see that "Ontology ID space" has no MGI IDs at all. Searching for "Csf3 Mmus", however, does give something with an MGI ID. Clearing again, searching for "Mmus", and adding a negative filter for "PR" in "Ontology ID space", we are left with over 100k terms with namespaces like "MGI", "PR", and "RefSeq". This behavior seems a little bit off to me.
Pinging @cmungall ; thinking about moving this over to NEO.
