Work with Chris and Heiko to load the full IEAs. We should first check whether recent improvements allow the full load under normal circumstances. If not, determine if we can make the fixes relatively quickly, and if not, look at segmented loading.

While not directly referenced, @hdietze and @cmungall are currently on a push to simplify and speed the loader code. Given the progress and the fact that the changes necessary do not directly affect the AmiGO contact points with GOlr, it now seems unlikely that this will have to wait until 2.3.
