Instructions are out of date

Hello Gene, it looks like the instructions are out of date.

"Place the "LiveOSC" folder (inside "trunk") into the Midi Remote Scripts folder in your Live App."

there is no trunk folder in the .zip, just a dmg file.

This guide exaplins how to install the .dmg file and set it up https://music.tutsplus.com/tutorials/using-touchosc-on-ios-to-control-ableton-live--audio-18858 but in preferences -> MIDI there is no "LiveOSC " option

Btw, I have found this https://github.com/cacerrillos/LiveOSC2, that could solve the problem. I will give a try and let you know

thanks @edap! feel free to PR if you have a good fix. we're up to Live 10 though, is LiveOSC2 working for that?

In the Readme it says it is just for Live 9. But maybe it works with 10 too, I have just Live 9, I can try with this one.
