Black screen on Ubuntu 18.04

On Ubuntu 18.04 (standard Gnome + X11) the images load alright, but the window is just black. It's has the correct size of the image in the window title bar though :-)

I pushed a potential fix in https://github.com/gen2brain/goiv/commit/6664be2c7aded5bff552e0c786479993014ea907, can you try again?
