Update riscv linux kernel to an LTS release

Currently the latest linux kernel we have is riscv-linux-6.5.5-kernel (https://resources.gem5.org/resources/riscv-linux-6.5.5-kernel?version=1.0.0). The kernel version 6.5.5 has reached its EOL and is not a long term supported kernel version. We might want to change the kernel version to a long term supported version in the future.
