Bug: notification bell messages move out of screen while scrolling down the page

I have a notification because of updated/new content. when clicking on the notification bell in the top right the notifications appear. when scrolling down the page (not the notifications) the notification window moves down. after a few scroll downs the notification window is out of screen.
