Add arrow buttons to the end of tab scroll.

I am aware of scrolling behaviour done as part of this I have another small suggestion. Since the scroll is not very intuitive most of the times users are not even aware there are more tabs hidden to the right. So can we add arrow buttons to the end too ? What do you say @VaibhavAcharya and @unix
