Followups for #919

Now that the book overview page is ported to AdwActionRows, there are a couple of things needed to be done to finish up this new design:

• [ ] Rework the top part layout → the progress ring with the label's doesn't feel right
• [ ] Books with no cover image should have a symbolic icon, the same as in the library view
• [ ] The meatball menu is really empty, especially when the "Available Offline" item is hidden. Should have the same items, as in the library view
• [ ] Fix the tooltip label: #945
