rewinding behavior is confusing

rewinding near the beginning of a chapter should jump to position 0:0. when not playing, the slider is updated to that position, but once play starts it actually jumps near the end of the previous chapter.

when rewinding if the position is more than 15 seconds into the chapter, then the slider is not updated at all until play is started.

the behavior is also noticable while playing because it takes a moment for the slider to update to the correct position.
