Drop Python 2.7 support

Python 2.7 has reached its end of life and tools are dropping support for it. We should drop support, too since there’s no value in mainting it.

FWIW, on the beets Discourse, it seems the next beets release will be the last Python 2.x release.

Sounds good :+1: However, I'd advocate for coordinating this with beets, i.e. do at least one more release that supports Python 2. I've not been using Python 2 myself for ages, but keeping around the compatibility code for another few months is no effort at all, given how much development is (or rather isn't) going on here.
