@MartinLeedotOrg - Were you able to get High Sierra running successfully after using those commands?

That got me further than I was, but I’m still getting stuck during boot.

Sometimes it hangs up on “Restore environment starting” and sometimes one line further “Creating RAM disk for /var/log”

K — I just want to make sure we have instructions that get us all the way there before updating the README again (I also need to test to make sure things don't break under El Capitan or Sierra either).

@macbookandrew I got past that step after allocating 2 CPUs for the VM (https://github.com/geerlingguy/macos-virtualbox-vm/issues/63#issuecomment-472087664)
