Revamp the home page to make it a better landing page

Goals:

• Make social / follow links more obvious (RSS, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram at least)
• Make books more prominent (Ansible for DevOps, Ansible for Kubernetes)
• Maybe highlight SaaS offerings that I maintain (Hosted Apache Solr, Server Check.in)?
• Show at least one blog post summary on landing page (link out to full blog listing)
• Maybe don't show 'projects' anymore (but leave them for historic purposes?) — have to mull this over more...

Summary: I migrated the home page as-is in #44, but after thinking about it more, and also after seeing @elezar's suggestion (see #44), I think it might be good to reconfigure the home page a bit, to establish a little better presence and focus on CTAs that are relevant to someone interested in my work.

I've done the first little bit; removed the Projects block, popped in a social links block, and made the Blog Posts block rise up a little in prominence:

Going to mark this as fixed... for now at least. I opened #137 as another small improvement, after tweaking the home page text a bit.
