Use CDN for GPG key URL (at least)

Basically, we want to make it so it's easy to keep the role functioning even if @remicollet's main server infrastructure has some issues, like it did in late July for a couple days. See that issue for the details.

to note that the "CDN" mentioned in the linked issue is a small set of servers who server HTTP only.

It would probably be easier to implement a subdomain behind Cloudflare to cache such requests instead.

Different issue but related, as the same fix would resolve this issue.

Issue: The GPG key URL changed and I had to set this to make it work
