Add Multiple Front/Backends
Similar to #47 this adds the possibility to use multiple frontends/backends.
In contrast to #47 though, it only adds the list and leaves the options (per front/backend) pretty much unchanged.

The error was: ansible.errors.AnsibleUndefinedVariable: 'dict object' has no attribute 'haproxy_default_backend_name'
Thank you @piotrkochan for mentioning. I think adding that variable haproxy_default_backend_name to your frontend settings should fix that issue, see last commit in that PR here.
