It seems like the bugfix for #15 should be in a different issue.

Regarding not managing the repo, I think that would be harder to sell me on, as I think for locked-down enterprise environments where other configuration management is used, you'd want your own role and not rely on a 3rd party role like mine for configuration.

@geerlingguy I understand your opinion. I think if a person or organization has an other installation process, their can disable this setup tasks. If you don't like this feature, you can close this pull request.

I created this pull request to have a different installation method due to the obsolescence of apt-key. But you merged https://github.com/geerlingguy/ansible-role-containerd/pull/20 and this PR isn't so important for me.
