Adding tags to the homebrew tasks main.yml

Preface

I'm new to Ansible in general so this may be way off base and that's ok to say :)

Problem I'm trying to solve

My company laptop has some permissions managed by our IT department and that causes the Ansible playbook to error when it's doing the Homebrew permissions check. Specifically it's the "Ensure proper ownership on homebrew_install_path subdirs" check.

It looks like the way to selectively run or not run tasks inside a playbook is to have the tasks tagged so I've thrown together my best attempt at some sane tags. Happy to make edits if needed.

I'm not sure how to test the tags I've added here or how to try to use this repo instead of your repo in my own fork of the mac-dev-playbook repo. If you can help me understand how to do those things I'm happy to test this and make any needed changes.
