SteamGuardAccount.FetchConfirmations() return nothing even if there are trade offers needs to be confirmed

Sometimes it works if you make sure to refresh the session properly as well as try again and again to confirm. Other times it doesn't. I'd really like to know what I'm doing wrong, if anything, because nothing seems to work consistently. Also, it only seems to return a single confirmation even if there are more than one. Totally baffling.
