I'm ok with this proposal. When I was on the TODO Group board, we did something similar, and it seemed to work pretty well to help us fill skill gaps...

TODO: Leadership Selection doc should link to the templates

We should also re-write that doc to be consistent with guidance in the templates.

I'm happy to start on the governance templates, but if someone from contrib growth could pick up the contributor templates, that would be rad.

I can't find the how-to to go with the contributor ladder template or the readme template? We don't need one for CoC, since we just ask people to point to...
