On second thought, we already have multiple POSIXisms and multiple Windowsisms in `CreateProcess`, so it's already a zoo and we should be thinking about ways to fix it anyway.
I have reproduced this exactly once so far, and still have nothing to show for it. Slightly more common is that I now have a BSP layout with 8 windows...
I'd say that's either Discourse or possibly the Discussions area. (Might be worth considering that it's very easy to switch something between Discussion and Issue on GH.)
I don't have a debug log currently but will switch to debug mode next time I restart the bridge, and will try to provoke the failure at a time when...
I have a partial debug log now; it's showing the server disconnecting it for excess flood. The parts of the log I still have available suggest it's resending a lot...
FWIW I have seen this, and it seems to specifically be caused by replies from ElementX.

In case anyone's wondering, @liskin expressed a concern and plans to review this within the next few days, so don't rush into committing it just yet.
I renamed `ByWidth.hs` to `IfWidth.hs` for consistency with `IfMax.hs` and with its `ifWidth` function, and squashed everything in the process. AFAIK this is just waiting on someone to confirm that...
