Also need to ensure no completion code descriptions have been missed - want to keep bmc_command_responses_total{code="0x??(Unknown)"} to a minimum, and eventually change it to just the .Description().

Add any unknown enterprise names to the map.

GC duration buckets are too small: need to increase for ~30k BMCs, plus we only really care about the long ones.
