Issue in CPS Editor when "Quick Call4" is active in "Hot Key", the Import csv function of any file creates "Run Time error 9: Subscript out of range" and the software crashes

I have seen similar , I solved it by running the CPS as "Administrator"

Are you sure it's the same Issue? You have enabled Quick Call4 as I have shown in the photos? I am already an administrator on my PC but anyway I have tried also to run as Admnistarto CPS Editor. I repeat it appears only when you enable Quick Call 4 so it is a sure a BUG
