Allow showing a paste without config

Some people complain when I provide logs in privatebin as they have to visit a website and allow JS. I'd like to be able to tell them to install your useful tool to be able to access the logs without having to open a browser and allow JS, but currently there is an error if no config is present.

This makes sense for the create command, but to access a log via show it is not necessary and I would highly appreciate if this would be possible without having to create a config file.
