Test `gear-node-loader` on the cluster

• [ ] Implement Tool/script to take node’s snapshots and logged data from the crashed node.
• [ ] Implement tool/script to revive node/network on its crash.
• [ ] Configure monitoring bot to send alerts about a new crash on the testing Vara network.
