Merge our Substrate changes to the upstream

Proposal

On order to build parachain node one needs to stick to the release version of polkadot, for instance polkadot-v0.9.26. In the same time our substrate contains improvements for memory entities in order to implement lazy-pages mechanics. These changes are required to build gear node as either standalone or parachain.

Hence the patches should be combined as a PR to the upstream so we would base on the next release containing these improvements.
