[plugin] Numbered Bookmarks does not work in Windows

I can't set any numbered bookmarks. It's supposed to be done by CTRL+SHIFT+<number key> . I tried numbers 1 to 0 -- nothing happens.

Could you try to turn Numlock on and off and see whether it makes a difference?

It might be related to https://github.com/geany/geany-plugins/issues/1089.

Are you using two plugins that fight (see #1089)?

You mean two bookmarks that use the same keybindings? No. And I can set "ctrl+shift+" keybindings in the Geany preferences dialog without any popups about conflicts.

Possibly not clear, turn off all Geany plugins except the one you want to test and see if it works.

Oh sorry my mistake -- I meant to say "plugins" -- yes I did already try disabling all other plugins.

@lee321987 could you try again with the new Geany and Geany-Plugins 2.1 releases? With a bit of luck, the issue might be solved there.
