Kenwood NEMA Waypoint via USB causes freezing

I think this issue is due to the usb buffer being flooded with information. When viewing the raw NEMA data, the app is spitting out the location non stop. If this was throttled down to maybe once a second i think this issue will be corrected. It does show received stations but you cannot touch anything on the app or it will freeze.

I should add this happens on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 as well as my ham phone which is a Kyocera DuraForce Pro2 E6910

Are you able to collect a log of the NMEA output that is produced by the Kenwood for testing? And record how much time the log covers if possible.
